Primary Job Duties
- Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions (2019/13/Online), configuring sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Function as a point of contact for user requests via group email, addressing issues directly and streamlining communication and task management.
- Manage site content and security, perform updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the portal's continuous maintenance and security compliance is met with success.
- Manage the JIRA ticketing system.
- Monitor SharePoint sites daily to identify and address errors or necessary updates. Check in with editors for fixes and followed up with site owners if needed.
- Manage multiple SharePoint section sites and pages, ensuring consistency in design, branding, and functionality across the SharePoint environment.
- Document lifecycle management, developing lists and libraries to distinguish between new and archived content, and automate deletions to maintain data integrity and optimize storage.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate and customize forms with Power Apps, reducing manual effort and to improve operational efficiency where possible.
- Provide user support for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 services, offering troubleshooting and guidance to enhance user productivity.
- Customize SharePoint UI and navigation, including Quick Launch menus, page layouts, and branding enhancements, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to improve user experience and engagement.
- Develop responsive pages, ensuring consistency in design, web parts, and modern list/library formatting for better device compatibility.
- Manage and update Q&A and guidance materials for users as needed, providing self-help resources and training materials to streamline site-specific tasks.
Candidate should be proficient in the following Technologies: SharePoint 2019/13, SharePoint Online/Office 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Adobe Pro (PDF, Photoshop), Notepad++
