Who we are looking for:



  • Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
  • Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
  • Manage information, organize, and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring files are updated and maintained
  • Able to transform raw data into detailed and comprehensive reports using advanced MS Excel skills
  • Responsible for generating complex monthly reports; creating charts, graphs, and technical documents
  • Run queries and analyze data for reporting to Customer Service Manager and VP/GM
  • Answering phones
  • Manage Purchase Order process for the site, receive all invoices for the site, and issue finished goods into computer database
  • Prepare reports for cycle counts and perform cycle count research
  • Enter daily blending production reports
  • Maintain quality hold and new parts workbooks as well as daily scheduled production pounds reporting
  • Complete Returned Material Authorization adjustments
  • Responsible for End of Month reports for management by analyzing data, creating pivot tables and graphs.
  • Arrange all necessary preparations and follow-up for meetings, including timely notifications, distribution of meeting materials and decisions/actions, and appropriate reminders
  • Coordinate travel, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, meeting coordination, and ensure office requirements and facilities at destination are arranged, if required for senior management
  • Backup for all Shipping Manager functions
  • All other duties as assigned
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL


What you'll bring:



  • High school diploma required
  • Associates Degree with Business Administration focus preferred; or 2-3 year of administrative experience in a manufacturing setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Computer skills in Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization
  • Able to be truthful and be credible in the workplace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Capable of exercising judgement and discretion in confidential and sensitive matter.
  • Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles
  • Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner

Within 3 months, you'll:



  • Complete any required training
  • Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.
  • Be well-versed in Atkore's Business System and the importance of your role to daily operations.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $44,160 - $60,720. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
