Overview
The Program Director is responsible for the successful delivery of Cotiviti services to client(s). Responsible for delivery of Cotiviti services to Government client(s) in accordance with client contract requirements. Oversees routine delivery of client services, and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationship and overall contract P&L. Must have strong project management capabilities and assist in scope expansion and implementations. Must track to strategic corporate initiatives that are tied directly to individual account goals and objectives. Strong communicator and collaborator with IT leaders. Strategic thinker and innovator.
Responsibilities
Develops and manages individual account budget and revenue expectations. Has full P&L responsibility (including accrual tracking and forecasting accuracy) - expected to meet or exceed budget and reduce expenses where possible.
- Serves as the primary liaison with clients, and responsible for overall client satisfaction. Tasked with taking pulse of client at frequent intervals to ensure service delivery is at client's expectations.
- Engages in the strategy and development of government affairs programs specific to assigned account(s).
- Works with Audit Operations and IT resources and leaders to ensure key client deliverables, SLAs, and revenue goals are met or exceeded. Advanced ability to manage projects with demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management techniques, software, and tools
- Ensures up to date and thorough tracking of client Information System initiatives, partnering, and implementation project management
- Identifies sources of revenue through process improvements, client relationships, local policy initiatives, and strategic agendas and partnerships
- Works with clients and stakeholders to shape procurements and identify opportunities for value added services. Leads procurement processes and RFP responses.
- Introduces, negotiates, and implements new projects to expand scope of engagement.
- Engages in the strategy and development of government affairs programs specific to assigned account(s).
- Develops and presents reports and other written communication to the client and internal staff.
- Interacts with Cotiviti executives, supporting staff, and other government contractors
- Supports collaboration between program management team and operations staff through frequent interaction with other Cotiviti teams supporting assigned contracts
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or other Healthcare relevant field required - Required.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - Strongly preferred
- 8+ years of account management experience required with experience in one of the following areas desired: Federal Government agencies or Commercial Healthcare market.
- 5+ years project management experience - Required
- 2+ years Medicare and Medicaid experience - Required
- 2+ years of experience with Cotiviti product offerings - Preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $155,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
