This contract supports the U.S. Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (STRI) Project Manager for Cyber, Test, and Training (PM CT2) Program Management Office (PMO).

Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager in Orlando, FL. The objective of this work is to collaborate with PM CT2 leadership and stakeholders to facilitate the development of a shared knowledge management (KM) vision and subsequently design/implement a strategy to achieve that vision.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Establish and maintain a user-friendly, searchable knowledge base that houses policies, procedures, best practices, lessons learned, and other critical information.
  • Provide employees with easy access to resources, tools, and information to optimize job performance. Deliver training and foster knowledge-sharing practices.
  • Implement platforms and processes that enhance communication, collaboration, and knowledge dissemination. Promote best practices and a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Develop innovative approaches to knowledge mapping and strategic KM enhancements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in knowledge management, applying extensive knowledge of KM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Complete all required CDRLs on time and within standards.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of knowledge management, mapping, principles, etc.
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Implementation and utilization of digital transformation principles.
  • Utilization of expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem essential to effectively leverage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams for enterprise knowledge management.
  • Develop a KM strategy aligned with PM CT2 goals through needs assessments and workshops.
  • Design and implement a user-friendly KM platform consolidating information and facilitating collaboration.
  • Deliver training, promote user adoption, and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future KM enhancements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the skills to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capability to own deadline-conscious projects.
  • Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-conscious, results-driven environment with a dedicated sense of urgency.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
