Job Summary

The Project Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative and system support to learners, facilitators, and third-party partners, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery, coordination, and tracking of training programs and curricula.

Main Activities:



  • Class Scheduling and Resource Booking
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Learning Materials and Logistics
  • Learner Communication and Support
  • Roster Management and Completion Tracking
  • Instructor and Learner Support During Classes
  • Certification Management
  • Invoice Validation and Processing Support
  • Support Activities in the Development Action Plan
  • Qualtrics Survey Administration
  • Streamline the integration of information from multiple platforms
  • Manage certifications
  • Training Pathway Completion: Calculate and report the percentage of training pathway completion for each participant.
  • Generate reports across different systems



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Previous experience in Learning / Training area
  • Good skills in Excel and other MS Office tools
  • English intermediate / advanced
  • Availability for hybrid work
