Job Family Project & Program Management Discipline Program Management Career Level P5 Salary Range $124,000 - $180,000 Note for Salary This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Actual offers may be more or less than the amounts shown depending on candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors. Job Family Description Project management personnel plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Program management personnel manage programs responsible for the execution of multiple projects or sub-projects. They secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. They manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Discipline Description Program managers are responsible for managing organization activities and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. They perform the tasks and responsibilities associated with ongoing work efforts and oversee multiple related projects or initiatives within the organization. Program managers coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that meet quality standards and drive overall success. Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: * Develop and define the scopes of infrastructure projects. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least fifteen years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least twelve years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE) We'd Also Like to See * Working knowledge or experience with DOE Order 413.3B Career Band Professional Career Band Description * Roles in this band apply the knowledge in area of expertise to analyze information; design and develop new approaches, methodologies and processes; and, provide professional advice and guidance to others in accordance with professional quality standards Career Level Description Recognized as an expert within the company and requires in-depth expertise in own field/discipline and broad knowledge of other job disciplines, while solving unique problems that have a broad impact on the business. Security Clearance Information SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.
