Finance Manager, Supply Chain

Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire a Supply Chain Finance Manager to support Danone's Happy Family Business Unit! This role can be based out of White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO!

In this role, you will play a key role in co-piloting Happy Family's financial results:

You will be the Single Point of Contact for Ops Finance delivering Value Chain components of RF's at the business unit (BU) level while helping activate value chain functions when required to provide integrated solutions for BU's.
• Perform variance analyses and provide high-quality commentary on root-cause of deviations to enable, then effectively and efficiently follow up with operations team on cost deviations/gaps vs target and initiate action to fill them
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate decision making in the areas of innovation, product discontinuations, cost-saving initiatives, capital needs, inventory management and supply chain evolution.
• Drive the conversation on product-line margin improvement, animating teams on short- and long-term productivity opportunities.
• Facilitate the continued integration of Happy Family into Danone North America, looking for opportunities to synergize and fully leverage IT tools, performance reporting, and ways of working
• Manage and develop the other members of the operations finance team

The base compensation range for this position is $120k-140k commensurate with experience. • 4-year college degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• 8+ years of work experience, including exposure to operations/manufacturing controlling, standard cost accounting and variance analysis
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, including strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and drive insights from large data sets
• Strong system skills (Excel - Power Query experience a plus; Tagetik/Essbase/BI or similar)
• Ability to manage high complexity, numerous projects, and can set proper priorities.
• Willing to travel occasionally
