Graphics Coordinator I

• Clearly communicate and document customer requirements.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Printpack Graphics Departments, and prepress.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Maintain accurate and detailed notes and records.
• Process and coordinate art requests in a production schedule to meet customer needs.
• Manage workflow of customer orders with clear and concise understanding under tight timelines.
• Demonstrate comprehension of plant Graphic Specifications and application to electronic artwork.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Planning / Implementing / Executing
• Reviewing / Evaluating / Documenting
• Learning/Researching
• Macintosh OS / Microsoft Office
• Front-end graphic software or equivalent computer skills including: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• CCDeskpack/PackEdgePilot/Automation EngineFileMaker ProJDEdwards
• A bachelors degree in a related field or 3-5 years job-related experience is preferred
