Seeking a Dev Team Quality Assurance Automation Tester to join our NAVY SUBMEPP program team. *It is a remote position requiring the second week on site for onboarding. (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME) Position: Dev Team Quality Assurance Automation Tester Location: Kittery, ME (The position is full time remote, but will require a 1 week onboarding onsite. The company will pay for the travel.) Duration: Full time Clearance: Active DOD Secret Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or IAT II *Dev Team Quality Assurance Analyst with Automated Test Tool Experience. Position Details: 1. Perform applications (custom and commercial) testing to ensure that developed software or applications meet and comply with documented requirements. 2. Perform pre-deployment testing and checks to ensure engineered solutions meet design specifications and comply CS requirements. 3. Review and evaluate SUBMEPP IT processes and procedures at a minimum annually, to ensure they are effective and achieving the desired results. Provide draft changes to SUBMEPP management that include actionable recommendations for process and procedure improvements. 4. Create and execute testing processes and requirements the ensure products meet customer needs and validate compliance with DISA STIGs and DoD/DoN/Echelon I and II policies and standards. Assist Business Analyst in creation and execution of testing to ensure build meets customer requirements, and validate compliance with SUBMEPP policies, processes, and standards. 5. Assist Developer in creation of automated tests for integration into the Development Operations Platform, and integration into a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines. 6. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for solutions developed under 6.3 Task 3 and for PDSRs. Create and provide with each PDSR testing coverage metrics for unit tests, integration tests, user acceptance tests, or any other applicable testing and quality checks. 7. Provide all Quality Assurance (QA) findings, pre-check, and post check documentation to SUBMEPP leadership. 8. Generate new and maintain current existing system/application documentation: Software Release Notes, Server Documents, User's Manuals updates, Interface and/or report Specifications, diagrams, Use Cases, database schema and automated help functions for each build. 9. Update and maintain existing SUBMEPP CMMI Level 3 documentation, GFI 12.2.20 through 12.2.30, to incorporate contractor's processes. Provide schedules, audit materials, training decks and CMMI Facilitation IAW GFI 12.2.34. Requirements
Must have Security+, active clearance, and willing to travel 2nd week of on-boarding to PSNY. Must have experience with automated test tools. Must be able to assist with requirements definitions as needed. Education: BS in IT, Cyber, CS, IS or DS. About Us: CompQsoft Inc.
