Description *Chevo* is hiring an experienced Project Manager / WCF Financial Advisor to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to supporting a Working Capital Fund (WCF) for a Department of Defense financial management team for a critical mission area . Duties and Responsibilities: Serving as overall Team PM for a financial management team of 12 or more, including an additional WCF Financial Advisor. Ability to detail strategy, timelines, tasks, stakeholder engagement, and policy considerations for DoD-Wide program involving WCF, appropriated budget, and foreign military sales. WCF Strategy Develop strategic plans for a program WCF Provide guidance on business system integration and implementation Prepare comprehensive WCF transition documents Draft and review reports and prepare briefings Assist program to meet DoD and Congressional mandated timelines Indirect Rate Analysis Develop and maintain WCF indirect rate models and impact to cash. Perform financial trend analysis Prepare and present findings Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 15 years of financial management experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) leadership role; advising strategy and policy development.
