Sentry is seeking an analytical, dynamic and results driven leader to join our team as a Director of Claims Services supporting our National Accounts business unit. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for the coordination and controls of our National Accounts Claims Client Services operations. What You'll Do As the Director of Claims Services for National Accounts you will participate and contribute as a member of the National Accounts management team to set the strategy and goals for Claims Services. This is an opportunity to drive growth and facilitate strong partnerships with internal and external customers. You will also: Lead project teams on product and/or service initiatives Provide data mining and analysis to support the sales process and broker relationships Research claims system generated errors, identify solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Deliver and oversee technical training for National Accounts associates on a wide range of sales, claims, or service support initiatives. Administer human resource related activities including selecting, developing, motivating, and recognizing staff Foster and maintain successful relationships with agents and brokers to enhance the company's book of business. What it Takes Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of related work experience Strong understanding of niche specific industry products and services Extensive experience in various facets of claims Extensive experience in workers compensation including claim handling processes, coverage and jurisdictional issues, and managed care programs. Managerial experience required, preferably managing Claims Adjusters Proficiency with CRM and Tableau highly preferred Ability to meet the travel requirements of the job What You'll Receive At Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
