Join the Office of Governmental Affairs (OGA), where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the public policy landscape that impacts New York Life, our agents, and our policy owners. By monitoring legislative and regulatory activity, crafting strategic responses, and educating policymakers, you directly influence public policy decisions that affect everything from product design to client interactions. Collaborate with a dedicated team and subject matter experts across the company to ensure informed policy priorities and safeguard the future of New York Life. Role Overview: This position reports to the Vice President of PAC and Grassroots and collaborates with the State and Federal lobbying teams to Lead grassroots lobbying initiatives, influence public policy outcomes, Cultivate a company-wide culture of political engagement and drive fundraising for the New York Life Political Action Committee (NYLPAC) What You'll Do: What You'll Bring:
Pay Transparency Salary Range:$117,500-$200,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
