Job Description:The Retirement Plan Senior Administrator provides support and assistance to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries, answering questions regarding the JMH 403(b) retirement plans, the pension plan, the Retiree Medical Insurance, and the Retiree Medical Account plans. This role also processes retirement related documents, maintains plan records, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. Assists as backup for benefit related tasks. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related filed or equivalent work experience required Experience 2 - 3 years of experience with employee insurance benefits and retirement plan administration required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with an excellent phone manner Workday experience strongly preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Quality focus with strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed with excellence and to high standards for quality and integrity Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and agency interpretations or opinions related to retirement benefits and healthcare plans Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Work Shift:08.0 - 08:00 - 17:00 No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $44.45 - $60.02 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
