GENERAL SUMMARY
Serves as the Sartell, MN location safety expert for DeZURIK. developing and directing the implementation of programs necessary to develop a proactive safety culture. Management of a comprehensive safety system that controls cost and risk. Focus on cultural improvements with leading and lagging indicators as the driving metric. Behavior-Based Safety focus on complete trust and cooperation between the leaders and team members. Environmental steward for location, ensuring all environmental compliance is within Federal, State, County, and City regulatory requirements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Qualified individual should be able to communicate in written, oral and computer form; must be able to see and move throughout plant in order to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may involve computer keyboard operation. May have contact with caustic substances in some areas of plant. WORKING CONDITIONS Manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs. SALARY AND BENEFITS DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $84,058 to $105,072 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
