Monday 8:00am--1:30pm
Tuesday 8:00am--1:30pm
Wednesday 11:30am--6:30pm
Thursday 8:00am--1:30pm
Friday 8:00am--1:30pm

Greeting students and visitors, directing them to the appropriate offices or persons; provides factual information or materials to routine inquiries.
Coordinating effective office procedures and efficient work flow while maintaining excellent customer service, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
Assisting and guiding students through the processes associated with applying to the college, placement testing, obtaining transcripts, scheduling classes, and the financial aid application processes, which include FAFSA on the web, online MPN, entrance counseling, and completion of all necessary paperwork and forms.
Maintaining accurate processing of academic records that comply with federal, state, and institutional regulations by assuring accurate data entry from the beginning to the end of the enrollment process.
Developing and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the college computer system by continuing to investigate ways to enhance our processes.
The use of technical knowledge of computer programs to verify eligibility and process records in programs such as Banner and Xtender document imaging.
Serving as a backup to other enrollment services staff through cross-training, thus providing continuity within the office.
Assisting with the modification of office literature and forms to ensure student understanding.
To be Considered You'll Need:
An associate's degree from an accredited institution is required. Field: preferred in business, accounting
Minimum of one year, full-time equivalent, experience working in a customer service or an office environment.
Knowledge of admissions and financial aid regulations and experience within a college environment.
Communications/Exceptional customer service skills.
Computer skills, experience with MS Office, and database software
Ability to multitask and must be detail-oriented
