Position Summary

We're looking for a bold and globally minded Vice President of Strategy to lead the strategic vision globally, for a high-profile portfolio of CPG brands. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of marketing across markets-turning global insight into locally resonant action, and inspiring creative, culturally relevant ideas that drive brand and business growth.

You'll be leading global strategy for one of the most exciting and visible portfolios in the CPG world. Working with brilliant teams and ambitious clients, you'll have the opportunity to set the strategic direction for iconic brands and help define how they show up in the world. This is a role for someone who wants to leave a mark-by building ideas, shaping culture, and inspiring work that works.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Own the global strategic vision for a cluster of brands, ensuring it is bold, consistent, and aligned with evolving business priorities.


  • Consumer & Category Insight: Identify new growth opportunities through deep consumer, category, and competitive insight-and translate those into action-oriented strategies.


  • Audience Strategy: Define globally winnable audiences, bring them to life through human-centered profiles, and connect them to powerful ideas and media moments.


  • Connections Strategy: Lead the development of connections strategies and strategic blueprints across Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid media in collaboration with global and local partners.


  • Creative & Activation Strategy: Inspire and co-create big brand platforms and 360 activation ideas that are insight-led and culturally resonant.


  • Thought Leadership: Deliver provocative, future-forward perspectives that shape brand, category, and cultural understanding across the organization.
  • IAT Collaboration: Champion strategic integration across media, creative, content, influencer, PR, and retail partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.



Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or integrated marketing-ideally across large-scale, global consumer brands


  • Proven experience developing and implementing global strategies that flex for local relevance


  • Strong understanding of audience development, consumer journey design, and connections planning


  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and leading strategic conversations with global clients


  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to unite diverse teams around a common strategic vision


  • An instinct for culture and an ability to translate trends into business opportunities


  • A passion for brands, creativity, and the role of media in building meaning and momentum

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
