Summary: The Director, Omnichannel/Change Management will drive the successful adoption and optimization of Veeva CRM across all three brands. This role will be pivotal in aligning commercial strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless integration of omnichannel capabilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, responsible for guiding teams through CRM transformation, optimizing user adoption, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, IT, training, and external vendors
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Veeva CRM Strategy & Optimization: * Serve as the omnichannel subject matter expert (SME) for Veeva CRM, ensuring best practices and continuous enhancements that support commercial objectives. * Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT to align CRM capabilities with omnichannel strategies. * Lead the implementation of new functionalities, workflows, and integrations within Veeva CRM. * Analyze CRM data, reporting, and insights to drive business decisions and performance improvements. * Conduct Field training on new Veeva/Omnichannel tools. Change Management & Adoption: * Develop and execute a change management strategy to drive CRM adoption across commercial teams. * Identify barriers to adoption and create solutions to enhance user engagement. * Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communications to support end-user learning and onboarding. * Monitor KPIs and user feedback, adjusting change management strategies as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: * Function as the liaison between Commercial, Medical, IT, Sales Operations, and Training teams to ensure smooth implementation and utilization of CRM tools. * Work closely with brand teams to tailor CRM functionality to each brand's needs. * Partner with external vendors and consultants to implement CRM enhancements and support omnichannel initiatives. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position may have supervisory responsibilities. Interaction: The incumbent works closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and IT.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * 12+ years of experience in CRM strategy, omnichannel engagement, or change management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries. * Deep expertise in Veeva CRM (including MyInsights, CLM, Approved Email, etc.). * Proven track record of leading change management initiatives and driving technology adoption. * Strong experience working with sales and marketing teams in a highly regulated industry. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM reporting and insights. * Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Growth-oriented strategic thinker with strong knowledge and expertise in CRM and other technologies * Goal-oriented orchestrator, who can effectively coordinate and focus the work of skilled employees toward an important goal, prioritizing the right activities that lead to success. * Network builder, who builds connections with other teams and coordinates cross-functional collaboration. * Demonstrate ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environment. * Superior work ethic and communication skills across all types and levels of stakeholders * Demonstrated strong analytical skills. * Strong project and process management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines. * Proven track record of measurable success in developing and executing training plans in the pharmaceutical or orthopedic industry. * Excellent oral and written English communications skills. * Ability to travel approximately 40%. Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this role is $171,000- $235,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
