Are you detail-oriented and organized in document control or quality assurance? We're looking for a reliable professional to help a leading company in Irvine CA organize and prepare physical documentation for secure offsite storage. This is a great short-term opportunity lasting approximately 90 days. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8 hour days, with flexible start time between 8 and 9am, working fully on-site at the clients Irvine office. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!


What You'll Do:


  • Review and organize years' worth of physical records for inventory preparation



  • Apply good documentation practices (GDP) to ensure compliance with quality standards



  • Prepare and package documents for shipment to Iron Mountain



  • Work independently with minimal oversight following initial training



  • Occasionally lift and move banker's boxes of paper documents (no more than 20lbs)




What We're Looking For:


  • Prior experience in document control, quality assurance, or records organization or general administrative skills that utilize strong attention to detail.



  • Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus but not required



  • Understanding of document lifecycle from creation through retention (especially in regulated industries)



  • Self-sufficient and reliable individuals with strong attention to detail



  • Previous experience supporting document digitization or records cleanup projects is a plus



  • Must be able to work on-site every day in the Irvine office

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
