The Production Lead is responsible for forming and cutting products according to specifications, ensuring line parameters and subordinate performance meet standards. Key duties include coordinating daily activities at the Rheon Line, monitoring dough texture and process line controls, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. This role requires effective communication with subordinates and supporting departments to meet production goals while controlling waste. Accurate and timely documentation of line checks and quality control is essential. Responsibilities:
