Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Manager, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for tracking and analyzing data in our human resources information systems. Which includes ADP, FRASCO, Geotab and other HRIS systems used by the department. Works directly with vendors and outside entities for TB screening. Reconciles any payment or billing discrepancies with the vendors. Ensures all employee records are up to date and coordinates files for review and audit. Tracks and maintains employee driver's licenses, auto insurance and tuberculosis tests. Assists with performance evaluation, reference checks, employment verification, PSLF loan forgiveness and other duties required to support the HR department as needed. Requirements:
