VP, Branded Merchandise SGS & Co and SGK have consistently delivered print, fabrication, and merchandising needs of hundreds of clients-and now, as Collide, we're combining our strengths to elevate what's possible. This new chapter expands the breadth and depth of our expertise, enabling us to deliver high-impact, global solutions that help brands launch into the real world, capture attention, and drive conversion at the point of connection. Position Summary The purpose of this position is to work alongside the client service team to grow and manage the branded merchandise service line. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a senior leadership team and to senior shared services leaders. (required) Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results. (required) P&L experience preferred. (preferred) Strong "client-hands" and experience leading account managers. (required) Experience managing mutli-level, client facing teams.
