Job Title: Training Administrator - LMS

Summary:
- Department's Career Development and Learning department is in need of a training coordinator to support LMS (Learning Management System) training administration, Help Desk technical support and general training administration.
Role & Responsibilities::
LMS Training Administration:
- Manage and oversee the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all training modules are correctly uploaded, organized, and easily accessible to employees.
- Schedule training sessions, enroll employees in courses, confirm attendance, and manage cancellations and rescheduling.
- Maintain comprehensive records of employee training progress, compliance, and completions, ensuring that all employees meet their mandatory training requirements.
- Assist employees with technical issues related to the LMS, providing guidance on accessing training modules and navigating the system efficiently.
- Utilize ServiceNow to document training requests and manage workflows related to training administration.
Help Desk Technical Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees encountering technical difficulties with the LMS or related training systems.
- Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting for any issues reported through help desk tickets or direct inquiries, ensuring minimal disruption to training schedules.
- Utilize ServiceNow to log and track support requests, ensuring that all technical issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Create knowledge base articles in ServiceNow to address common issues and provide employees with self-service options for troubleshooting.
Training Administration:
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including booking locations, arranging technology needs, and preparing training materials.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure that session content aligns with the organization's goals and employee development needs.
- Collect feedback from training participants to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, reporting findings through the LMS and ServiceNow.
- Prepare regular reports on training participation, completion rates, and feedback to inform management and drive continuous improvement in training programs.
- Leverage ServiceNow for reporting and analytics to provide insights on training effectiveness and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- One or more (1+) years of progressively responsible paraprofessional administrative experience including experience coordinating and performing analytical and administrative processes, drafting business correspondence and reports, planning and performing data compilation and reporting, performing accounting or financial analysis, coordinating budgetary processes, coordinating processes with other staff and departments, personnel administration, and/or organizational evaluation and management.
