Description POSITION SUMMARY Accounts payable data entry, payment processing, and routine accounting functions ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Data entry of accounts payable as necessary Audit of accounts payable invoices from plants Process accounts payable payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit card) and associated reports Process vendor related inquiries (new vendor set up, verify tax identification numbers, verify bank data, etc.) Special analysis projects, as required Back up support to accounts receivable cash processing General filing Perform other administrative support, as needed Perform other essential functions, as assigned JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Tier One Automotive Experience Preferred PLEX experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Associates Degree in Business or Accounting preferred Minimum of two years accounts payable experience Qualifications Behaviors Detail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Skills Computer Literate (required) Microsoft Excel (required) Microsoft Office (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
