Facility Administrator

Reporting To:

Manager, EHS/Facilities

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Murphy, NC

To be considered for Facilities Administrator, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

  • At least 1 to 3 years prior office/administrative experience; advanced user of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Must have excellent people skills and be able to maintain confidential data

  • Must have valid driver's license

As a Facilities Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinates company functions such as retirements, service awards, holiday events, company picnic, CIT activities, company goals/reward program, etc. (Recognition Team Leader).

  • ME administrative duties

  • Administers incident/accident reporting and root cause corrective actions with supervisors and maintains the OSHA 300 log.

  • Administers worker's compensation activities.

  • Assists Site Manager and other managers with various administrative duties.

  • Coordinates customer and supplier luncheons and refreshments.

  • Assists employees with questions and provides guidance on how to access and use Employee Direct Access, Moog Learning Center, and HR Knowledgebase.

  • Maintains the employee bulletin board communications, job postings, etc.

  • Assists with monitoring and stocking house-keeping and other commodity items.

  • Performs general records keeping duties, expense reports, etc.

  • Prepares and distributes evacuation reports.

  • Maintains and processes EHS procedures and work instructions.

  • Maintains preventative maintenance log sheets.

  • Administers the employee uniform service.

  • Administers safety audits and enters maintenance requests.

  • Assists with pre-employment testing (drug screens, vision tests, etc.) and administers employee badges as necessary.

  • Coordinates external contractor onboarding and orientation process.

  • Assists with benefits enrollment process, workday assistant, update for emergency calls, and general guidance.

  • Monitors secured entrance to loading dock area.

  • Coordinate all Lobby/Visitor protocol such as lobby documentation, walk ins, visitor sign in book, phone directory updates, and stock safety glasses

  • Serve as a Site Wellness Champion to assist with blood drives, health fair, wellness/clinic events, communications, etc.

  • Maintain Pro PM's monthly including adding new and removing old, changing names, sign off sheets, receiving/inputting into system

  • Other duties as assigned

Salary Range Transparency:

Murphy, NC $17.00-$23.00 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
