Our collaborative and people-focused Human Resources and Administrative teams are seeking a full-time Vice President or Senior Vice President of People and Culture to join us in shaping a positive and thriving workplace. This leadership role is based in one of our office locations-Minneapolis, St. Paul, Fargo, Madison, or Chicago-and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. As VP/SVP of People and Culture you will lead with empathy, vision, and purpose-guiding all aspects of our people strategy. This includes nurturing talent, championing employee growth and retention, fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement, and ensuring our HR practices align with both our organizational goals and the evolving needs of our team. You'll serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership, using a people-first approach to drive business outcomes. Beyond strategic HR leadership, you will also oversee core administrative operations, helping to ensure day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the business. o Lead the implementation of innovative talent programs that drive growth, engagement, and retention. o Lead development and monitoring of employee engagement programs to drive motivation and productivity. o Identify training needs and promote continuous learning for our employees. o Identify and develop future leaders through training, mentorship, and coaching.

Requirements
Salary Range: $195,000 - $230,000 Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internal equity, market analysis, and specific qualifications relevant to the role.
