Position SummaryUNM Press is looking for a student to help with various marketing and
business projects for 10-15 hrs a week. The
student will work with UNM Press and UNM financial systems to research and
enter data. Student will also assist in
preparing/processing Lobomart and Chrome River payments to vendors. The student
will assist in maintaining current and complete royalty data, as well as any
other miscellaneous tasks that might arise. UNM Press is located on UNM's main
campus.
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to maintain privacy of information. Must have professional
manner, good organizational and interpersonal skills and be very dependable. Must
have good attention to detail and be comfortable and accurate with data entry. Must be able to think independently and make
decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Enjoys teamwork. Experience in an office setting preferred. Experience with
Excel preferred. Student should be comfortable working unsupervised in the
absence of staff. 15 hours per week,
preferred. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Student employment or Work-study (preferred).
