Overview

Join our Corporate IT team in Kennesaw, GA, as an AI Integration & Development Lead. This dynamic role involves identifying impactful AI use cases, leading cross-functional teams to implement AI (Artificial Intelligence) projects, and providing technical guidance on AI tools and technologies. You'll develop training programs to upskill internal teams, establish metrics to monitor AI performance, and stay knowledgeable about emerging AI trends to inform strategy and decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI integration and innovation within the company.



Responsibilities

Imagine a day where you're driving AI solutions that boost efficiency, collaborating with teams to implement innovative tools, and empowering colleagues through training. You'll shape strategy, track AI performance, and lead the charge in transforming how we work.

    Identify Use Cases: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that can drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and improve overall performance
  • Lead Interface: Act as the primary liaison between AI tool developers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment of goals and expectations
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on AI-related matters, including data analysis, model analysis, model development, and deployment
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill internal teams on AI tools and technologies
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPI's to monitor the performance and impact of AI initiatives, and report findings to senior management
  • Innovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and develop strategies to integrate them into company operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's Degree is preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in AI integration and project management
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience in the engineer consulting industry is a plus
