Reporting directly to the Manager, the Integration Analyst I is an important member of the Mass General Brigham IS/Digital Health eCare Integration team. The primary responsibilities of the role are to provide design, development, build, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of new and existing interfaces with Epic. S/he also provides training and support to end users. The goal is to ensure integration standards and data flow between Epic and systems are standard and adhere to MGB policies and procedures.

- Serve as a resource for problem solving
- Assist with activities related to troubleshooting, supporting, developing, testing and delivering an integration solution for entity and enterprise applications
- Manage Epic Interface Build within the Epic Bridges application
- Perform interface application testing from test scripts as necessary
- Engage in activities including analysis, review, testing, troubleshooting, and design of new features and fixes related to Epic Upgrades
- Partake in internal integration workgroups focused on the maintenance, build, optimization, and behavior of active and future interfaces
- Participates in interface-focused cross-team meetings with the MGB application teams to ensure communication and collaboration
- Documents business requirements and translates those into functional specifications for the interface
- Develops and executes test plans and performs other interface quality assurance tasks
- Provides ongoing support of interfaces by identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as needed for timely resolution
- Provides high quality, customer-focused services
- Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates

Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cooperatively and effectively work with people from all organizational levels and build consensus through negotiation and diplomacy

- Flexible, adaptable and versatile
- Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions
Working Conditions
- M-F Eastern Business Hours required
- Onsite weekly hybrid model required
- Travel to Epic in Wisconsin, when needed
- Standard office environment with the potential of travel to Mass General Brigham locations
- May need to work in patient care areas
- May require 24X7 responsibilities including evening, night and weekend hours as needed
- Remote working days require stable, secure, quiet, compliant work area
