ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of scalable, distributed systems.Deliver high quality service features that support customer requirements and closely work with stakeholders to monitor, improve and report the service health metrics to leadership team.Collaborate across teams to align on goals and deliverables.Provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.Engage with customers to gather feedback and resolve complex issues.Provides technical leadership during code reviews for a solution/product area to ensure it meets the team's and Microsoft's quality standards.Innovate and optimize features for performance and reliability. |
