Summary: Executive operations leader responsible for operations of Raleigh specialty care clinics in collaboration with the dyad partner and senior leadership. Responsible for the collaborative development and implementation of operating plans within the physician enterprise. Coordinates and leads the administrative infrastructure of the assigned region in support of strategic goals. Responsible and accountable for managing cost, quality, growth and strategy within the physician enterprise. Develops annual and ongoing operational and business plans consistent with the mission and vision of UNC Health Medical Group. Provides an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates within the physician enterprise. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: 2.Participates in formulating short- and long-range strategy for the practices and support the development of service line structures. Using business metrics and performance measures, oversees process improvements and promotes a culture of continuous quality improvement. Increases efficiencies and consistency throughout the organization by ensuring standardized approaches to services and marketing. Analyzes and develops new venture physician business models to support the healthcare system's strategic growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. 3.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure ongoing plans, goals and objectives are in alignment with the strategic plan and the budget. Ensure that organizational metrics are defined and embraced by staff in order to meet funding and contractual requirements and implement processes that systematically measure organizational performance. 4.Accountable for the financial outcomes for areas of responsibility within the physician organization. Oversees and supports the development and submission of operating budgets, manages expenses in relation to the established budget, and monitors budget variances and implements operational improvement plans when necessary. Ensure that funds are allocated properly to support present needs and future potential. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop short and long term financial plans, ensure that sound financial controls and oversight are in place, and set financial priorities to ensure the organization is operating in a manner that effectively supports the needs of core programs and staff. 5.Ensures compliance with all internal and external regulatory agency requirements including billing practices and compensation arrangements. 6.Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
