Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified Healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of UNC Health Lenoir. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years direct sourcing/recruiting experience including non-exempt and exempt positions. * Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting * Bachelor's degree in human resources, nursing, related field or equivalent work-related experience Preferred Qualification: * Recruiting experience in a healthcare environment * Experience recruiting nursing-related roles * Marketing and/or Sales background * Knowledge of the infor HRIS/Recruiting platform Working Conditions: * Office environment with occasional travel to recruitment events and educational institutions. * Flexible hours may be required to meet recruitment goals.Job Details Legal Employer: Lenoir Health Entity: UNC Lenoir Health Care Organization Unit: Human Resources Work Type: Full Time Standard Hours Per Week: 36.00 Work Assignment Type: Onsite Work Schedule: Day Job Location of Job: LENOIR MEM Exempt From Overtime: Exempt: Yes | |
