Responsibilities

The IT Program Manager shall strategically manage their contractor personnel who support WSU's complex IT programs, aligning them with business goals, while effectively managing their contract employees to foster collaboration and ensure successful product delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    Ensure contract compliance, budget adherence, and proactively address any
    performance or resource issues of their contract employees.
  • Ensure the program aligns with Agile principles and practices.
    Required to be familiar with enterprise cloud offerings, Custom Application Delivery, Low
    Code/No Code Application Delivery, FBI Security policies and practices, FBI Lifecycle
    Management practices, and knowledgeable of enterprise platform operations and
    maintenance.
  • Leading large-scale teams (100+members) and manage an extensive Agile portfolio
    comprised of more than three Agile Release Trains, ensuring successful delivery of
    initiatives


Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management
  • 5+ years of experience managing a multi-cloud environment with specific experience in AWS and Azure
  • Experience leading large-scale teams (100+ members) and managing an extensive Agile portfolio comprising more than three Agile Release Trains

Preferred:

  • Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer
  • Certified Agile Coach
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Agile Team Facilitator
  • At least one cloud fundamentals certification
  • 8+ years of Experience working in the Law Enforcement / Intelligence Community
    preferred

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
