FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary This position is with the Actuarial Services and Medical Economics (ASME) team at MultiCare Connected Care (MCC), The ASME team defines, measures, implements, and tracks system-wide initiatives in support of the healthcare triple aim: improve patient experience, increase population health, and reduce total cost of care.
Essential Functions
Assist in identifying opportunities and monitoring performance within value-based contracts Update databases, reporting packages, and presentations on a monthly basis Improve efficiency of current processes Extract and analyze data using SQL and Excel Develop and produce draft reports using health care claims data to provide clear, actionable information to the organization. Document and performs self-review on all work products
Requirements
Undergraduate degree required in Health Administration, Public Health, Finance, Accounting, Business, Actuarial Science, or related field An undergraduate degree in an unrelated field may be accepted provided a Master's degree is held in Health Administration, Public Health, Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or related field One (1) year experience in large data analysis, financial processes, and information systems required
