Apply now Job Summary The Graduate Teaching Assistant will support the instructor of the cross-listed course PBHL 317/EOH 517 The World's Water in the summer quarter of AY24-25 and the fall quarter of AY25-26. This course is expected to have 60 students enrolled each quarter. Essential Functions Providing feedback on students' assignments, using the grading rubric provided by the instructor. Responding to students' discussion board contributions; Recording grades and updating student records in Blackboard. Uploading quiz questions from the instructor to Blackboard to create live quizzes; Keeping up with lectures and class readings to effectively grade student assignments and answer questions. Promptly answering questions, emails, and other messages from students; Posting approved announcements for the course in Blackboard. Checking-in briefly on a regular basis with the lead instructor; Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Additional Information This is a Part-Time [temporary/per diem/casual] position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
