Description

Location:Statewide Corrections - Spectrum's Medication of Addiction Treatment (MAT)

Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday or when needed

Pay rate:$80,000-$90,000/annually

TheTraineris responsible for:



  • Workingwith program leadership to develop and implement continuous, comprehensive staff development and training plans.
  • Monitoringtraining compliance for all staff, including those who staff who require remedial training as recommended and maximizes training opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivers training curriculum in accordance with the staff development and training plan for the DOC MOUD contract. This includes providing remedial training as necessary.
  • Assessingthe quality of training delivery through training evaluation, site observations, and training needs assessments.
  • Developing and conducts regular training for DOC personnel in conjunction with clinical and medical leadership.
  • Identifying specific training needs through trend analysis and continuous quality improvement data in conjunction with the Statewide Corrections MAT Director, Clinical Director, Director of Nursing and the Quality Assurance and Compliance Director.
  • Preparing and submittingall required reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Licensure/Certification - Must have a current MA Registered Nurse license and CPR with basic life support certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with populations affected by substance use and/or mental health disorder(s).
  • Experience in correctional healthcare and/or substance use disorder and mental health preferred.
  • Prior teaching, training or staff development experience preferred.
