Responsibilities

Join Our Team as the Alumni Program Lead!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can connect with people and foster lasting relationships? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Alumni Program Lead, you will be the driving force behind our regional alumni initiatives, providing invaluable support to clients post-discharge. Your mission? To create unforgettable reconnect events, facilitate engaging support groups, and maintain vibrant communication through social media and other platforms.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Take charge of our alumni program in your assigned region, actively contributing to department KPIs and annual goals. Your leadership will shape the future of our alumni community!

Build Connections: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with alumni through exciting reconnect events, supportive groups, and timely communication. You'll be the welcoming face that informs them of resources and invites them into our thriving Alumni Program.

Enhance Experiences: Play a key role in Newport's experience program by supporting alumni surveys and acting as a vital liaison in service recovery efforts. Your insights will help us continually improve!

Amplify Our Voice: Collaborate on company-wide marketing, media, and advocacy initiatives, utilizing alumni resources to boost brand awareness and directly impact admission conversion rates. Your efforts will help us shine!

Be a Team Player: Embrace the opportunity to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
  • A passionate leader with a knack for building relationships and creating community.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and alumni effectively.
  • A proactive approach to enhancing experiences and driving program success.
  • A collaborative spirit ready to contribute to our marketing and advocacy efforts.

Shift Schedule: Thursday-Sunday, (4 days on site, 1 day remote)
