Performs Bone Density Testing via DEXA Scanning, ensures timely completion of exams in the delivery of high-quality customer focused care on a daily basis.

Primary Duties:

* Performs comprehensive Bone Density Testing, including patient scheduling, history intake, procedure explanation, testing, analysis, documentation, and report distribution.

* Operates and maintains DEXA equipment, conducts quality control procedures, and ensures timely preventative maintenance in coordination with clinical engineering.

* Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment, including preparing rooms and transporting patients as needed.

* Adheres to departmental policies, safety and quality standards, and complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.

* Actively participates in interdisciplinary teams, meetings, educational opportunities, and community outreach to support professional development and departmental goals.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma (Required)

* 1-2 years- 2 years of experience in bone density testing on Dexa equipment (Preferred)

* BDD- Bone Density Dexa- Dexa Training Certificate-Manufacturer provided (8 hours) Upon Hire (Required)

This position has a hiring range of $21.08 - $33.08
