Senior Test Manager
Location: West Chester, PA

Required Qualifications:
* Over 15+ years' experience in software testing.
* Responsible for the delivery of the QA projects
* Hands on in automation framework using Java, Maven & TestNG for documents testing.
* SME knowledge in Insurance domain and product testing
* Have experience in drafting Test plan for non-functional testing

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Defining and documenting project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes
* Setting and managing collaborators expectations, both internally and externally
* Guide the team in implementing the QA strategy/approach for the programs
* Estimating resource requirements and managing them efficiently.
* Creating and adhering to project timelines and milestones.
* Performing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Communicating with executives and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
