We're looking for a strategic, creative, and action-oriented leader to join our Talent Development team as Director of Enablement. This individual will be instrumental in designing and executing forward-thinking talent and learning strategies that drive measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Translate business objectives into innovative talent and learning strategies.

  • Drive execution with a "get stuff done" mindset that ensures adoption and delivers measurable results.

Program & Content Innovation

  • Design compelling development experiences using storytelling, critical thinking, and interactive design principles.

  • Enhance digital learning ecosystems, with a strong focus on leveraging Workday Learning.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trust and connection across all levels of the organization:

Leadership (VP+): Align strategies with business priorities and deliver data-driven workforce insights.

People Managers: Support team development, performance enablement, and engagement.

Employees: Ensure seamless access to career development opportunities and HR programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a connector across people, processes, and systems to break down silos and amplify impact.

Innovation & Future-Readiness

  • Experiment with emerging technologies and AI tools to continuously elevate learning experiences and future-proof our workforce.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Inspiring Leadership: High energy, charismatic presence, and a passion for energizing teams.

  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Proven success designing and delivering talent strategies in complex, global environments.

  • Learning Expertise: Deep experience in creating impactful training, learning, and communication programs across the employee lifecycle.

  • Creative Communication: Skilled at simplifying complex ideas and connecting diverse stakeholders through compelling storytelling.

  • Stakeholder Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor engagement approaches across leadership, managers, and employees.

  • Digital Learning Acumen: Hands-on experience with Workday Learning and other learning technologies.

  • AI Curiosity: A genuine interest in exploring AI-driven tools to evolve learning and development.

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). Relevant certifications in talent development, learning, or change leadership are a plus.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$152,900.00 - $283,900.00
