Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Commercial Insurance, collaborate and manage the team to perform, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions. Responsible for team decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Exciting challenges await you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering
  • Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams
  • Contribute to solution development, growth and sales
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Expert proficiency in commercial insurance is required. Advanced level of proficiency in real estate compliance is recommended. Service delivery proficiency at an Intermediate level, policy servicing proficiency at an advanced level, and SAS governance and risk and compliance proficiency at an Intermediate level are suggested
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and delivery efficiency
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
  • Advanced proficiency in policy servicing
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAS governance and risk and compliance
  • Intermediate proficiency in service delivery
  • Expert proficiency in commercial insurance
  • Advanced proficiency in real estate compliance

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
