Overview of this Position:

The Administration & Corporate Culture Specialist supports GRAM's core values by developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that engage employees and align with the company's mission. This role is responsible for crafting compelling internal content, designing presentations, supporting payroll and benefits communication, and driving employee engagement through innovative channels. The position also contributes to performance monitoring, incentive programs, expense reporting, and budget planning. Collaborating closely with leadership, this role ensures clear communication, operational efficiency, and a strong organizational culture through ongoing administrative support and strategic project work.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, accounting, finance, human resources or related field.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe, and Outlook.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for internal audiences.
  • Craft clear, concise, and compelling content that helps employees engage, connect with GRAM's mission, and understand complex ideas.
  • Foster employee engagement through creative and innovative communication methods for ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Develop graphics and presentations for managers meetings, strategic plan documents, and other leadership presentations/initiatives.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and other general administrative functions.
  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
  • Support benefit and payroll change management and communication efforts (i.e.- change of benefits communications).
  • Develop and implement bonus and other reward programs that align with the strategic plan of the company.
  • Write and design performance monitoring systems, including designing instructions for supervisors on implementing changes and training new managers on the system.
  • Approve expense reports and create guidelines around expense reporting. Train new users and approvers on expense reporting through HRIS and related policies/guidelines.
  • Assist Director of Administration and Corporate Culture in long-term operational improvement projects.
  • Research and benchmark GRAM compensation and benefit programs against industry and regional data.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs and corporate culture feedback processes
  • Develop annual budget rollouts to department leaders and transition the program to Accounting/Finance department.
  • Develop budget reports and a cadence for which the reports are distributed to budget managers.
  • Develop feedback channels to measure employee satisfaction with internal communications.
