Summary:

In this role, you will manage the categorization of AP data from members to Purchased Services categories using the Purchased Services analytics application.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data quality audits and make changes as needed to improve data quality and/or process.

• Act as primary customer service department to evaluate and resolve member feedback.

• Perform root cause analyses to drive process improvement.

• Additional projects and duties as needed by the team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years or relevant experience required.

• Strong MS Office skills preferred.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to plan, organize and manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team.

Estimated Hiring Range:
