What You Will Do

Project Coordination: Assist senior program manager in planning and executing projects of optical communications product development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to align project goals and expectations, prepare for and participate in weekly communication meetings.

Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential technical and regulatory risks, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Technical Collaboration: Work with engineering and product teams on product feature scoping, development review, continuous improvement and sustaining, using Jira.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports using Smartsheet for scheduling insights.

Process Optimization: Suggest improvements in Agile development workflows (scrum, sprint, CI/CD), documentation, and communication strategies to enhance efficiency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or business-related degree program
• Anticipated graduation date between May 2026 & December 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

For this role, we anticipate paying $35-$38 per hour.
