Levy Sector Beertender - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour + tips. Schedule: Part time event-based schedule. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be able to work all Hawks home games. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality. An outgoing personalitiy is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. Qualifications Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds Job Summary Summary: The Concessions Beertender is responsible for delivering beverage to customers in and around the arena. In this position the Beertender should have excellent communication skills with the ability to serve canned beverage to customers. The Beertender is also responsible for stocking and keeping the area clean for guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures all beverage is properly delivered and/or stored. Works within assigned area to deliver beverage to guest satisfaction. Knowledgeable on all menu offerings. Follows set up and break down processes efficiently. Understands all event paperwork and reports. Always exceeds guest expectations. Adheres to location appearance guidelines. Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Maintains prep and service areas. Employs good safety and sanitation practices. Follows responsible alcohol service policies. Understand the importance of maintaining equipment and executes accordingly. Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided. Helps fellow employees whenever necessary. Understands menu offerings. Maintains and performs product inventory. Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies. Performs other duties as assigned.
