Description Senior Health CenterManagement/Leadership Summary: Manage Food and Nutrition Services operations of Mid Coast Senior Health Center (42 licensed skilled nursing beds, 41 assisted living units and 17 apartments for people with memory loss) to ensure quality service, efficient operations, in compliance with current laws, regulations and organizational procedures. * * Communicates an Attitude of Respect and Excellence (C.A.R.E.), by following the C.A.R.E. standards at all times. * * Embodies the Culture of Safety. Adheres to all patient and staff safety policies and procedures. Reports all unsafe or potentially unsafe patient or staff conditions immediately.
