Job Purpose The HES Business Analyst will assist with functions related to Herc Entertainment Services support. The HES Business Analyst provides comprehensive and effective support to Herc Rentals' HES Operations, Sourcing and Herc Rentals' end user customers. To achieve this objective, the HES Business Analyst researches and responds to a wide variety of inquiries and system-related requests for assistance from team members at the corporate level, branch level and Herc Rentals' end user customers. What you will do... Support ad hoc business projects as requested Support vendor management as requested Develops and enhances processes that drive continuous improvement Document key business processes Support new product launches identifying rental opportunities in identified growth markets Identify business process improvement opportunities Create, prepare and analyze business reports Track key business metrics Create, prepare, and analyze Operations reports Extensive data manipulation using advanced queries and Excel techniques to facilitate senior leadership decisions Track key business metrics, and identify business process improvement opportunities Assists manager in developing goals and objectives to align with departmental and company objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2 years of experience in the rental industry (strongly preferred) 2 years of experience in an analyst function or related role. Skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills with keen organizational and administrative abilities Good verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to understand and affect audiences at all levels of the organization Excellent analytical expertise with dedication to delivering outstanding customer service Business and Financial acumen Top end analytical skills Strategic thinking Strong interpersonal skills Detailed analysis of cost drivers and business modeling Ability to work under tight deadlines Req #: 62394 Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
