The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GenAI Delivery Manager to lead the discovery, design, development and optimization of AI-driven agents. In this role, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven capabilities that meet business objectives, drive transformation and align with our Acceleration and Growth Team (AGT) strategic vision. Help us harness the power of AI to solve complex problems that will enhance customer support, sales processes, and overall user experiences.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AI developers and architects on AI Agents, including enhanced conversational agents, virtual assistants, and predictive solutions.
  • Establish clear business objectives for the agents, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational strategy and business transformation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering use cases & capabilities, and ultimately approving the scope of work of the agents.
  • Define and track KPIs for AI agents, responsible for measuring and realizing value generated by the agents. Track success metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding AI solutions.
  • Support the Agent Owner in team backlog management efforts, and protection from unplanned work
  • Track and remove impediments for the team as quickly as possible
  • Apply responsible AI policies & guardrails to the delivery methodology as established by Lumen's AI Governance team, so that agents meet Lumen's ethical & responsible AI standards.
  • Establish and maintain clear distinctions between tasks handled by human agents and those managed by AI, ensuring efficiency and role clarity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, incorporating best practices into projects.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Experience and Skills

  • 3-5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with experience with AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI or ML-enabled products.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML technologies, conversational AI (chatbots), and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Jira, ADO, PSA, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability in an evolving technology environment, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
