The purpose is to improve equipment reliability and asset availability by:

Duties Promote and assure safe work habits including compliance and improvements to company and departmental safety procedures and goals Review work orders for accuracy and completeness and then prioritizes the needed work for proper resolution and coordination. Assure that all equipment, parts, and personnel are available to efficiently complete each work order assignment with minimum downtime. Communicate work order information well in advance of scheduled work. Review all completed work order information to assure that the solution was attained Provide technical advice to subordinates and manufacturing supervisors on matters relating to equipment modification and time estimates on maintenance projects. Implement and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs Implement and manage training program to further the knowledge base of the maintenance workforce. Monitor progress on difficult or extended problems and projects Provide contact with outside contractors when required for special project work or to supplement maintenance workforce. Support Maintenance Schedule including guidance of available resources, development of weekly resource schedules and ongoing improvements Maintain all organizational procedures Provide guidance to Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Planning Assistant Coordinates various projects as assigned by Maintenance Manager Knowledge Requirements

External 1. Frequent contact with vendors V. Responsibility This position provides support to the manufacturing processes by providing Bemis Omaha departments with maintenance support. VI. Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods of time. This employee will frequently walk through a plant or warehouse facility and would be exposed to moderate noise levels.
