The Team Global Security works hard to safeguard foundation personnel, information, facilities, assets, and reputation. As part of the newly expanded Facilities, Events, Travel and Security Team (FETS), we are comprised of about thirty employees as well as the contingent employees in Reception, the Guard Force, and the Global Security Operations Center. Security spans across all affiliates and regional offices and organizationally reports into Business Operations.This role resides within the Security Operations (Sec Ops) team, within Global Security and reports to the Senior Manager, Security Operations. Your Role The Security Program Manager (PM) leads and facilitates cross-team planning, collaboration, and issue resolution. They will support prioritization, tracking of in-flight work and progress towards goals, learning and reflection on team initiatives. The PM will support budget oversight and planning, financial analysis and reporting, and process management for the annual planning. Additionally, the PM will be responsible for facilitating two security programs with vendor support - business continuity and security reception. The position will report to the Senior Manager for Seattle Security Operations and will support the Global Security team. What You'll Do
The salary range for this role is $140,200 to $210,200 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $152,800 to $229,200 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint.
