Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences? Emplify Health System is seeking a dynamic Learning Specialist to support and maintain our Learning Management System. This role is crucial in managing learner activities, creating engaging content, job aides, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. Major Responsibilities:
Supports and maintains the Learning Management Module/System (LMS) to include managing learners, learner activity, creating basic content, curriculums, notifications, and other related functions in managing learning activities for Emplify Health System and other regional locations. Provides recommendations to leadership to enhance functionality and efficiency of the system. Assists with data integrity auditing, process improvement, testing and problem solving in daily operations. Provides support to staff to utilize technology where required, for learning and compliance with regulatory bodies. Identifies issues, investigates possible courses of action, tests options, and recommends solutions. Provides technical expertise to update and modify data records, including demographics, learning plans, learning records, etc., within the LMS. Validates and audits records. Independently reviews data issues and makes appropriation recommendations to leadership to correct data errors. Provides learner support for the following audiences: all enterprise staff and clinicians (including affiliates), contingent workers such as students, contractors, locums or volunteers, external learners, internal and external instructors and accessors, and auditors. Collaborates, tests and problem solves with vendors, representatives from other functional areas or systems that integrate with the LMS in advance of system upgrades, enhancements and/or trouble shoots unanticipated disruptions to expected functionality. Contributes to and supports training and education on system use, functionality and learning business processes. Monitors course content to ensure adherence to the learning governance and communicates when requirements are not met. Monitors system for and best practices related to data integrity, naming conventions, training records and training documentation for enterprise-wide learning. Develops, updates, and maintains documentation on how to access and run reports and process any system changes. Provides assistance to learners, leaders, auditors, and instructors related to these reports. Participates with the implementation of system enhancements.
What You'll Need:
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field Three years of related work experience with at least 2 years working with organizational computer systems Strong technical skills and proficiency in LMS platforms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience with data integrity auditing and process improvement.
